Job Description
Responsible for:
Onsite support working directly for the Project Manager to perform daily functions working closely with Sauer site team to manage workflow and subcontractors.

Essential Functions:
- Work with Sauer project team and subcontractors to resolve construction issues and coordinate progress.
- Maintain RFI log, as-builts, project schedule, close out documents and material status logs.
- Develop purchase orders, subcontractor documentation, weekly owners meeting agenda and other general project requirements.
- Ensure Company procedures and standards are maintained.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Structural Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Construction on DOD projects
- Primevera Scheduling, LEED Accredited, Cost Control Software, MS Office
Able to perform the following activities: standing and walking for long periods of time, stooping, bending, climbing (ladder, scaffold, steps, etc.), working overtime and weekends as needed.  Ability to push, pull, and frequently lift and carry objects.  Able to withstand weather elements (including but not limited to heat, wind, rain, etc.).
