SUMMARY
Responsible for leading a group of testers contributing to the development of a Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Assessment System (LAS), and Learning Records Store (LRS) system, providing the ability to deliver training content in a virtual learning environment, conduct assessments, and capture/track student performance metrics for approximately 2,000 Active Duty and Reserve Sailors. Understand and support external customers across functional boundaries. The Integration and Test methodology should focus equally on the user experience, functionality, and system performance.

Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.

Work is expected to be remote; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of seeing up close and sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse.
