Job Description
You will be working in an exciting, high-speed, and dynamic environment with teams across multiple departments and overseas. The ideal candidate is hardworking with experience in managing and building software and databases for large engineering teams and providing operational support for backend systems deployed in the cloud. You will enjoy using technology to automate solutions and optimize outcomes focusing on data management and continuous integration/deployment.
Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for product configuration management, deployment and promoting the implementation of operation and maintenance standards.
  • In charge of product business monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
  • Emergency response, playing a role in fault handling and improvement.
  • Responsible for product stability, ensuring the quality of application services comprehensively.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of IT industry project management experience.
  • Deep understanding of Linux systems and interface services (network/IO, etc.).
  • Familiar with the design and application of distributed systems, its architectures, microservices, caching, message queuing mechanisms, etc.
  • Proficient in TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, capable of analyzing data packets and network protocols, with experience in network fault diagnosis and resolution.
  • Familiar with at least two of the following common middleware technologies: Consul, Nginx, MQ, Kafka, Redis.
  • Familiar with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledgeable in monitoring tools.
  • Basic operations in cloud environments such as AWS/GCP.
  • Understand the CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Self-starter and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate.
  • Previous experience in the broker-dealer/ fin-tech industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
