DIRECT REPORTING: Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering
FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: N/A
Job Description and Responsibilities
The intern will act as a provider of additional bandwidth to support the critical operational excellence exercise.
- Configuration Management
- Develop standard work associated with assigned work centers
- Process improvement projects
Learning Objectives:
- Use of the Solidworks and AutoCAD system.
- Understanding of manufacturing process
- Continuous Improvement mindset for workflow
Job Requirements:
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a BS with a major in Mechanical Engineering and less than 2 years to graduation
- Capable of utilizing MS Word, Excel including macros
- ERP experience a plus
