This ten-week paid internship is located in Chicago, IL.
What Are Your Responsibilities? (add responsibilities)
- Working with the team interns will learn agile practices, how to collaborate with our enterprise stakeholders and the impact IT has on enabling HCSC business
- Participate in weekly iterations delivering capabilities in our public cloud technologies through automation and leveraging cloud native technologies
- Be a champion for information and infrastructure security
- This will be a hands-on learning position working with new technologies and providing exposure to many areas within IT
What Do You Need To Be Successful?
- Prior Leadership experience, IT Association/Organization involvement or strong interest in the field and/or industry is a plus
- Exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a plus
- Prior IT internship experience is a plus
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills
- Practical, developed PC skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, virtual team collaboration tools and PowerPoint
What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related technical degree/major
- Graduation date between December 2021 - June 2022
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
