The Operations Interns time will be split between the Liquids, Spray Dry, Dry Blending and Warehouse departments and will support each departments lean, visual management and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities: Under supervision, continue to build upon Productions training program. Assist with analyzing data to decide on project initiatives. Support Operations on strategic developments involving quality control, planning and other departments. Participate in Synergys group intern project.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience: Currently seeking BS/MS degree in either Business, Food Science or related discipline Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint efficiently Basic understanding of lean manufacturing desirable Ability to work accurately, quickly and with good manufacturing practices. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple projects within a given day. A positive attitude, a team player, engaging and able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively
