General Purpose of Job
This position provides support to the Financial & Administrative Services department. This position is responsible for updating, maintaining, storing, and managing physical and electronic files based on the document retention policy. The document specialist will be responsible for outlining a long-term storage strategy and working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the department, which may include training employees on efficient documentation usage, among other duties. Evaluate and implement work process improvements in related areas of responsibilities.

Minimum | High School or GED |
Experience
Minimum | Two (2) years records management, document imaging or related experience using LaserFiche, ImageNow or other document imaging software. |
Preferred | Experience or similar work with an electric utility or related industry. |
