SUMMARY

This position will be instrumental in driving Sales Effectiveness initiatives across the Americas commercial team. Leveraging a range of sales enablement platforms (e.g., CRM, PowerBI) to provide timely, insightful, and visually compelling data to our commercial team.  Cross-functional collaboration with the Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Product Development), Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience functions will be important to success in this role

• We offer a competitive salary with a range of $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience and skill set

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions:

• Manage adoption and usage of our CRM platform; Building meaningful dashboards and reports; working closely with sales leadership to build this into an essential tool for the commercial team
• Be on the cutting edge of PowerBI development; creating and managing a range of dashboards and reports to provide daily insights into business performance.
• Mange the design, development and maintenance of a key sales enablement platform (Showell); Collating all relevant sales & marketing collateral and ensuring we continue to meet the demand and needs of the Americas commercial team
• Work in close collaboration across other functional areas to provide data analysis and reporting; supporting the commercial team with regular and ad hoc reports
• Extract & aggregate data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration between sales, customer service, supply chain, IT and finance
• Support sales leadership with projects and tasks as needed
• Support sales team with questions and training across the various platforms

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science / Data Analytics
• 2+ years combined experience in a business with complex, fast-moving organization
• 2 or more years of Data Analytical work preferred
• Spanish or Portuguese language knowledge is an advantage
