Bob Grimes serves as Vice President of Human Resources for NuStar Energy L.P. where he oversees NuStar’s human resources programs, including benefits and compensation, recruiting and employee relations. Prior to joining NuStar, Bob spent 17 years as the Director of Employee Relations & Public Affairs at the Valero Bill Greehey Refinery in Corpus Christi. In that position, he managed all employment activities, employee relations programs, technical training and security, as well as charitable programs and media relations. A committed volunteer, Mr. Grimes previously served as President of the United Way of the Coastal Bend and President of the Corpus Christi Downtown Rotary Club.
