Christopher M. Withrow is the Chief Technology Officer for Warren County Schools, a rural, poor school district in North Eastern North Carolina. Born in Savanna Georgia, Mr. Withrow moved around a lot as a child of a minister. Within his current position, he administers all budgetary, technical resources, network security, operations and management of the district technology department. Withrow served in other roles as IT Director for an ISP, Solutions Architect or a large Value Added Reseller, and Chief Information Officer for an Enterprise Health Care Organization.

Warren County Schools is a district consisting of eight schools serving approximately 2300 students, Pre- K through 12th Grade. The students of the district receive a state supported education including humanities, arts, math, technology, and science.
