This position pays an hourly rate PLUS an uncapped monthly commission/bonus structure. Fine tune your collection skills, grow your inventory and ramp up your payer base and you could be earning on average between $750 and $2,500 in bonus pay per month! Many of our current collection staff earn between $45k and $90k a year with a combination of their base pay + commission.
