Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A and working closely with the Market Access team, the Business Analyst (Market Access) role will use multiple data sources to develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and additional analytics. Working in collaboration with other analysts, market access and sales teams, the clinical team, and data vendors, the analyst will provide reports and tools that enhance business processes and data.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and synthesize results into meaningful reports, tables, and presentations on a regular basis; manage complex validating data from multiple sources
  • Use Tableau to create and update standard dashboards and slide decks
  • Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and improve tools, reports, and data mining from various sources
  • Conduct analyses and interpret results to support the market access team in making strategic decisions
  • Work with the market access team on ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years progressive analytics experience producing reports synthesizing data from multiple sources and large databases
  • Excellent proficiency with Tableau, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience and understanding of the US payer and channel landscape desire, including Medicare, is desired.
  • Prior experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other healthcare and regulated industry desired.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
