About The Team

The FIS Data Integrity Manager Client Experience (CX) team is looking for Product Support Representatives to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will become expert on different reconciliation solutions used by our client base of banks, financial institutions. You will then use this expertise to help these clients get the most value from our software. You will also learn how the reconciliation done across different clients and how the FIS Data Integrity Manager is integrated with other FIS products. Our operations are 24/7 though our greatest focus is on clients' needs during the US trading day.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
  • Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
  • Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
  • Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.
  • Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
  • Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
  • Resolves client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
  • Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or other related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Prior Client Support/Product Support experience

  • Must have strong understanding of Reconciliations and how they work

  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL - Will run SQL queries and macros (Required)

  • Logical thinker

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong ability to think on your feet

  • Tech Savvy - extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
