What you bring:

• Document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
• Excellent communications skills to work directly with Hedge Fund and Administrator users
• Organizational, analytical, and time management skills required
• Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
• Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications

What you will be doing

• Investigate complex Hedge Fund related operational inquiries in the use of the FIS Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager system and help resolve any issues that are raised using your business background and your internal training
• Administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.
• Coordinate with team members and clients on collaborative projects like upgrades, enhancements and operational reviews
• Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.

Added bonus if you have:

• Prior accounting or finance or information system related experiences a plus;
• Knowledge of sophisticated financial instruments and derivatives
• Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
