As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

• Learn how to work within a corporate environment

• Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization

• Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities

• Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team

This position is part of the Tech Next Transformation Center for Modernization and Innovation. The team is responsible for the delivery of client capabilities through modernization aligned with the FIS Modern Financial Platform framework. You will be working closely with experts in development, architecture, solution engineering, and others operating in a 'start-up' like environment to accelerate this transformation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering value with the team by helping lead a cross-functional organization through Agile sprints.

• Provide solutions and assistance in defining key results and accelerating achievements.

• Help transform reporting and reduce process overhead through challenges to the status quo.

• Lean-Agile ways of working, including the adoption of new tools and technologies while helping others grow their knowledge.

• Be a champion of the Modern Financial Platform Framework

• Provide analytical support and intelligence through engagements with cross-functional teams

• Other related duties assigned as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree from job discipline

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Added Bonus If You Have

• Prior merchant, banking, or finance-related experiences is a plus

• Prior experience in start-up cultures

• Working knowledge /exposure to implementation of software products

• Project management experience
