As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team
Recruiting top talent for the FIS University Program, we have a talented group of recruiters across the globe that focus on interns and full-time hires joining the FIS University Program. We take pride in working cohesively to ensure we are creative, resourceful and collaborative.
What You Will Be Doing
Assist with full-cycle recruiting for company's open jobs by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
Guide hiring managers through the interview, selection, reference and offer stages.
Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, make hiring recommendations and managing the offer process.
Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate by attending career fairs/events and hosting open houses on site.
Act as a Diversity Coordinator for the FIS University Recruiting team.
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree
Exposure with social media and networking sourcing
Microsoft Office
Well organized and successful in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to comfortably interact with candidates, employees, hiring manager, senior management and recruiting partners
