We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will find and attract qualified candidates for all of our contract locations, CONUS and OCONUS, for all company programs. This individual will also assist in the Human Resource Department as needed on special projects. This person will ensure strict confidentiality regarding all payroll information.

Duties include:

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Post Job Requisitions per company guidelines
  • Develop, update and maintain the company's applicant tracking system
  • Receive and track job applications and resumes
  • Maintain all applications, both paper and electronic
  • Coordinate interviews and job offers with prospective employees
  • Maintain the company's organizational charts
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Will be required to cross-train others within the Human Resources Office
  • Will be required to travel to attend Job Fairs in order to recruit new employees, possibly out of state.
  • Must display high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive confidential situations and documentation.
  • Prepare and file monthly new hire reports
  • Update and maintain company social media to keep company and jobs in the spotlight
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Educational/Training Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree preferred, and a minimum of a High School Education or Equivalent required.
  • Certification in Recruiting desired (AIRS recruiting certification, Professional Recruiter Certificate, etc.)

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Recruiting
  • Prior Military Experience preferred
  • Experience with ClearCompany or other ATS systems a plus
  • Experience with sourcing candidates
  • Must possess good analytical skills
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Experience in posting jobs on Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and other recruiting sites
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and confidentiality skills

Work Environment:

  • Office environment

Physical Demands:

  • Job is mostly sedentary in nature with repetitive computer work required
