The Manager, Clinical Partnerships (Labs) will serve as the primary resource for the field and is a key link between our customer and clinical lab operations. This position will provide support and be a liaison by building strong relationships to better understand the needs of key stakeholders and collaboratively seeks ways to improve service offerings to enhance the customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Business Decision Making
Uses and analyzes data sets to identify areas for partnership and/or education between lab and field to improve clinical and business outcomes
Measures progress and evaluates results; adjusts as needed
2. Operation Business Partner
Handle escalations and/or complaints from the field in a timely manner received through LCS inbound calls, emails, and other means. Involve key stakeholders throughout the process.
Solicits and provides feedback to Lab Operations from the field, partnering to make service level improvements
3. Clinical Education
Represent DaVita Labs at Village gatherings (Academy, Villagewide, PLM, etc.) and clinical meetings, delivering presentation content where appropriate
Creates content for lab-related field education and internal marketing materials
Travels to regional/divisional meetings to deliver lab presentations
4. Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship Required
6-8 Years of applicable experience Required
RN License Required
FA or Clinical Coordinator Experience Preferred
Travel & Time Requirments
Travel- Up to 25%
Nights/ Weekends: As needed
