We're seeking a creative, detailed-orientated, and motivated Marketing Systems Specialist to join the marketing team. The marketing team creates creative materials for ESS, including ads, social media, recruiting flyers, promotional materials, sales proposals, email blasts, training guides, tip sheets, presentations, and style guides. The Marketing Systems Specialist will oversee all collateral in a digital asset management system, Canto, to ensure all materials are easily accessible for the marketing team and all ESS employees.

What you'll do:

• Manage digital asset management system, Canto, and oversee the structure for all Marketing's digital assets
• Define and continuously evolve asset management best practices, including uploading, organizing, naming, and tagging for content optimization
• Make approved assets available for consumption by assigning permissions and notifying users of new and available content
• Create and maintain portals
• Provide monthly training for new users on Canto and marketing programs
• Create tip sheets on the best practices for using the system
• Inform users of updates on new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to create strategies for the organization of materials

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience
• Excellent analytical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with a digital asset management (DAM) system, a customer relationship management (CRM) system, Microsoft Office, and other marketing software, a plus
