The Analyst, Leasing is responsible for supporting the Senior Leasing Manager(s) with a myriad of analytical duties related to leasing. This includes drafting Deal Approval Sheets, assisting in the annual budget/forecast process, reviewing TI bids, performing sell/hold analyses, evaluating market trends, following up on contractor/commission payments, and any other leasing-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Leasing Manager(s). The Analyst will also be asked to occasionally support the MD, Region Head on various information gathering, presentation, or special projects. Additionally, the Analyst may work closely with the operations team in Fort Washington, PA on various reporting and operational tasks.
