We are seeking a Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Engineer to provide support to a major Army aviation program. The aim in this role will be to ensure that stakeholder requirements are satisfied, find solutions to improve existing products, perform diligent analysis on new systems and components, and deliver a high-quality result to the warfighter in an efficient, timely manner. Communication, teamwork, and flexibility are keys to success in this position. In this role, you will be directly supporting an Army Program Management Office and involved in each step of the procurement, production, and fielding process including:

• Developing and overseeing test events
• Collecting fault data from relevant sources and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information as well as utilizing it for measuring reliability metrics
• Being an integral contributor to the Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) effort
• Developing contracts with the intent to meet program needs while also maintaining proper, efficient use of resources
• Monitoring key performance metrics and regularly reporting results to leadership
• Contributing to various Integrated Product Teams (IPT), design reviews, Configuration Change Boards (CCB), and others as necessary

Required:

• ABET accredited BS degree in Engineering
• 4-8 years of related technical experience
• Approximately 10% travel
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
