Software Developer/System Administrator
Location: Onsite in Panama City Beach, Florida

We are currently seeking a skilled Software Developer/System Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Software Developer/System Administrator plays a pivotal role in our technology development and system administration efforts. This position involves a blend of software development and system management tasks, focusing on creating, implementing, configuring, and testing software applications and system designs. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of software programming languages, including Python and C#, and have experience working with both GOTS and COTS products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications tailored to project requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Implement and configure software solutions, integrating them seamlessly into existing systems and platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications and system designs to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment.
  • Manage and maintain system infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of all applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development and system administration efforts with overall project objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and software development best practices, recommending improvements to enhance system capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software development and system administration, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C#, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products, and the ability to integrate these into custom solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a commitment to achieving project goals and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
