Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to Account Executives and clients across the country, with an emphasis in the Federal space. Supervises Operations team through the daily management of the order and fulfillment process. Works hand in hand with Finance and Sales to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Leads team through Month End and Quarter End deadlines for revenue recognition. Collaborates with vendors and distribution in the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of products. Works with Federal Contracts Manager to ensure order compliance with federal and ISO requirements. Assists V.P. of Ops with reporting, KPI's, and strategic initiatives.


Education and/or Experience

A four-year degree from an accredited college or university and two years of professional office experience or a high school diploma or equivalent with six years of professional office experience is required. Three plus years of experience in SLED/FED procurement or operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage fulfillment and delivery of orders for assigned customers
  • Review customer POs for flowdowns, ensure supplier orders comply with Federal and ISO requirements
  • Process orders in accordance with OEM/Distributor requirements for FED/SLED
  • Assist in compliance of Federally based obligations and ISO quality management requirements
  • Act as an escalation point for sales and customer requests
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot timely resolution of disputes
  • Lead high performing purchasing team, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of improvement
  • Help maintain end-to-end sourcing objectives to meet annual business goals
  • Work to align procurement strategies with evolving industry trends and technology advances
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Manage month and quarter-end deadlines
  • ISO key process owner; develop, manage and report KPIs
  • Assist sales as needed to drive and close business
  • Collaborate with team management for continued standardization of processes and policy
  • Liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical environmental factors of this position include those found in typical business office environment or home office environment.

Requires use of general office equipment and personal computer equipment.
