Description

    *The Day-to-Day

    • Prepare work stations and ingredients for chefs according to instructions.
    • Prepare items including salads, sauces, some entrees.
    • Maintain a clean kitchen space for other kitchen staff.
    • Comply with kitchen health and sanitation guidelines.
    • Communicate all item shortages to restaurant management.
    • Control food waste loss and usage per SOP.
    • Practice safety standards at all times.
