Overview

Performs routine and advanced clerical and administrative duties with in the Donor Services Department, taking care of scheduling day-to-day activities in the department. Recognizes inconsistencies, resolves routine clerical problems, refers more complex problems to the Regional Director.

Responsibilities

    Works with group contact concerning scheduling problems, if Donor Services Manager is not available
  • Supports Regional Director on projects as needed
  • Compiles daily, monthly and annual reports and other records data
  • Supports department software to include training and troubleshooting.

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of general office experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations and/or Designations:

None

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to organize work for timely completion
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand standard English
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
