Future Builders Program - Corporate Roles

We encourage recent and upcoming college graduates to join our Future Builders Program as a full-time hire. Throughout this one-year program, learn key areas of the business by rotating through some of our top Corporate roles. At successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to transition into an available role with Lennar - location will be based on availability. We encourage all incoming Future Builders to understand Lennar and our roles through exceptional mentorship and leadership efforts.



Responsibilities

Overview of Program Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Rotation

The Learning & Development Graduate will undergo two rotations inside of Learning & Development: Design & Facilitation and Learner Analytics. This graduate will help design training and upskilling curriculum for Lennar Associates and facilitate in-person training programs, as well as track learner engagement and conduct a learning needs assessment to evaluate and develop new learning solutions for Lennar Associates. Graduates may have the opportunity to help build our Lennar Learning website or create a learning community model and should be comfortable with both analyzing data and public speaking.

Total Rewards Rotation

The Total Rewards Graduate will play an integral part in determining compensation and building out new benefits for our associates. They will undergo two rotations: Executive Compensation and Benefits. In Executive Compensation, they will run market analyses and work with internal teams to compile salary data across the organization, as well as delivering possibly solutions to business leaders. The Benefits rotation will consist of determining current resources available to associates, and further develop possible opportunities to expand our associate benefit plans, through wellness providers, student debt assistance, retirement plan upgrades, to name a few.

Digital Marketing Rotation

The Digital Marketing graduate will support Lennar's marketing department throughout a variety of projects. The graduate will help to build out and analyze data from our digital marketing campaigns, and create reports to measure performance, reach, and efficiency. The candidate should be comfortable with utilizing SEO (search engine optimization) and have a sufficient understanding of different marketing channels.

People Strategy & Analytics Rotation

The People Strategy & Analytics Graduate will sit in the Associate Experience team and will work to develop new solutions for our associates company wide. The first six months will be focused on People Strategy, where they will analyze internal and external data and find root causes of key issues, which will then be built into a project and implementation plan. The second six months will be focused on Project Management, and will focus on identifying, designing, and delivering an Associate Experience improvement project from beginning to end, with the latter half of the rotation focused on project launch.

Lennar Financial Services Rotation

The Financial Services graduate will undergo two rotations: Accounting and Audit. The Accounting rotation will include preparing financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations for month-end and quarterly-end closing activities. The Audit rotation will focus more on adequacy and compliance of internal control systems. They will examine records, reports, operating practices, and more documentation in order to appraise accuracy of our systems.

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Understanding of business and management principles.
  • Thorough understanding of technology used in the company.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must possess professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
