The Property Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining the 5000+ acres Grandin Lodge property for hunting/fishing purposes, including 20 tree stands and 10 corn feeders.

What You'll Do:

• Maintains property grounds, including hunting/fishing feeders, outdoor grills, trash removal, mowing, tree trimming & removal, pest control, pressure washing, and road grading.
• Responsible for inspection, general maintenance, and repair of building fixtures, including locks, cameras, property fence line, toilets, replaces light bulbs and gas cylinders, charges/replaces boat batteries.
• Restocks household, cleaning, and hunting/fishing supplies to prepare for the next group of visitors.
• Is available and onsite during hunting/fishing season to assist with pick up/drop off of visitors, deer skinning, and meat preservation.
• Assists with wildlife control including tracking and removing wounded animals/remains, keeping an eye out for possible predators (bears, hogs, snakes, etc).
• Regularly communicates with internal stakeholders to provide updates on property status, booking availability, and onsite equipment repair and/or special repair project needs.
• Coordinates and sets up appointments for outsourced services as needed.
