Community Engagement Wellness Coordinator
Health Promotion and Wellness
Full-time
1st shift
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm & evenings as needed

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Community Engagement Wellness Coordinator will report to the Manager of Health Promotion and Wellness and is responsible for coordinating health promotion engagement programs with designated groups as assigned. The coordinator will foster, manage, and leverage relationships with HOA lifestyle managers, community center directors, church leaders, and healthcare providers through on-site community involvement. Programs will utilize FHCP resources to promote brand awareness, encourage engagement, membership growth and retention, and serve as an in-community trusted resource.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Skills, and Experience


  • Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or experience in a related field required.

  • 2 Years experience in building, developing, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

  • 2 Years experience sourcing business relationships or sales opportunities.

  • Strong communication and marketing skills are required.

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

  • Must possess a State of Florida Health Agency Insurance license or acquire same within 12 months of employment

  • Event planning experience is preferred

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.

  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills are required.

  • MS Office basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook are required and must be demonstrated.
