Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of crews and forecast a two-week lookahead.
  • Manage internal resources and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Supervise yard personnel and oversee specific job completions while providing clear directives.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget constraints.
  • Approve daily timesheets and maintain accurate inventory records of supplies and materials.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Report project status and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Implement and oversee safety protocols, including compliance with OSHA regulations and Toolbox Talks.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and manage customer expectations.
  • Assist in managing customer change requests, from initial quotes to final estimates.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fencing with a secondary background in construction.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Timberline is a plus.
