Overview

Job Purpose

  • The Product Manager works closely with the Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Relationship Management Teams to support product strategy and delivery focused on providing the most timely and relevant Federal and State regulations, and investor and servicer guidelines available to loan originators and key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Create and manage product roadmap for both the core customer-facing product and internal content management processes;
  • Develop strategy to modernize and digitize third-party content for automated publishing through multiple product channels with a focus on scaling automated content reviews, quality control and deployment;
  • Responsible for leading the Product Management process from requirements through delivery;
  • Standardize and integrate content across multiple platforms, including mobile applications;
  • Establish effective, timely and high-quality content rendering to build a best-in-class catalogue and search functions;
  • Collaborate with teams across business units to understand technology needs and requirements with emphasis on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product management process to execute against strategic and tactical product roadmap;
  • Responsible for the content management platform strategy and related resources to create, review, distribute and maintain various content assets from internal constituents and third-parties;
  • Responsible for the governance of digital assets on platform;
  • Work closely with company's business leaders and managers to understand, document and contribute to broader strategic objectives; including growth and automation of core business tasks;
  • Partner with customers and content contributors to understand coverage requirements;
  • Develop plans to close content gaps, and develop methods to leverage cross-platform capabilities;
  • Embodies and implements content management best practices to ensure alignment across the business unit;
  • Ensure content management processes comply with security, risk management and data governance.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 7+ years Product Management experience including Software Development Lifecycle practices and Agile development process and collaboration tools. Jira and Confluence expertise preferred;
  • 7+ years of experience on digital content management systems IBM Filenet (preferred) or other major Enterprise Content Services Platforms. Only candidates that meet these minimum qualifications may be considered;
  • Management role. Works under general direction of Senior-level management. Typically requires three (3) or more years of experience in a lead role and/or directly supervising others;
  • Experience with content collaboration platforms and technologies including extranets, Sharepoint, etc.;
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting product strategies to senior executives and external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated experience mapping content usage and reporting to business objectives, including strategic goals and revenue targets;
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Usability, UI/UX requirements gathering, content delivery, and Accessibility requirements;
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise level change management processes;
  • Knowledge and experience with large language models and generative AI desired;
  • Mortgage compliance experience desired;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent collaboration skills;
  • Bachelor's degree.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
