About this role:

The Sales Operations Analyst will focus on creating opportunities and quotes leveraging standard operating procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle high priority and urgent tickets with precision while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) aligned with business objectives.

  • Respond to requests from sales representatives via cases, following pre-established procedures and guidelines.

  • Proficiently document and track tickets, coordinating appropriate responses with a customer-centric approach.

  • Demonstrate agility in learning new processes and shifting between projects and tasks requiring quick resolutions.

  • Establish and adhere to standard procedures for daily activities, ensuring accountability for completed actions and driving results.

  • Manage time effectively, also engage with reviewing and simplifying complex processes

  • Multitask efficiently, handling multiple issues simultaneously across various drivers.

  • Collaborate closely with other teams, articulating problems effectively to facilitate solutions.

  • Provide support for inquiries related to various CSG product lines, programs, and promotions.

  • Collaborate with managers, leads, and team members on process ideation, simplification, and optimization.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on projects and tasks, fostering close collaboration.

  • Develop clear standard operating procedures for team-wide utilization.

  • Evaluate information, identify problem areas, formulate solutions, and present them effectively.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Salesforce and CPQ


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in quoting or similar operations roles.

  • Must be able to go into the Miami office at least twice a week


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Salesforce and CPQ process would be an added advantage.

  • Exhibit strong verbal, written communication skills, alongside analytical capabilities.

  • Thrive in high-pressure environments, meeting deadlines with a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

  • Willingly provide assistance to team members as required, possess experience in collaborative team environments within similar domains.
