About this role:

Strategic Partner Managers are responsible for the most meaningful partner relationships across the CSP partner ecosystem. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a small number of key partners driving our joint GTM strategy, business plans, and success metrics. The SPM is expected to retain and grow partner investment, loyalty, and commitment by delivering a world class experience leveraging CSP technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary evangelist of CSG value and opportunity w/in assigned partners

  • Ensure integration of CSG priorities and strategies into partner's GTM approach

  • Develop, execute and ultimately accountable for joint business planning and mutually beneficial outcomes within partner base

  • Ensure partners are strategically enabled on CSG products and GTM' orchestrate (w/enablement team, solution engineers and support teams) sales training and enablement

  • Executive engagement and coordination between Strategic partners and CSG leadership

  • Collaboration with global partner programs and leadership to drive world class partner experience

  • Collaborate with CSG distribution team to drive alignment and operational efficiency

  • Maintain alignment with business unit(s) to drive collaboration and sales play execution within strategic partners

  • Coordinate with Enterprise and Commercial sales times to identify core collaborative accounts and joint engagement plans

  • Coordinate with CSP team to retain and expand CSP footprint and spend within respective strategic partners

Basic Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 10 year prior relevant experience

Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

*8+ years in partner management

*History of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in technology sales.

*Familiarity with the global IT software industry

*Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel partners and service providers.

*History of building and leading high performance collaborative teams in a matrixed environment

*High level of overall business acumen and understanding of partner business models.

*Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.

*Passion for driving innovation and adapting to fast-paced environments.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $1-$50,000,000 CA generally ranges; $1-$50,000,000 All other locations fall under our General State range; $139,860-$155,400 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
