About the role

Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering Intern

Are you a rising Junior or Senior? Are you a motivated self-starter? Can you take an assignment and run with it? If you're ready to dive into a fast-paced work environment, a Covanta internship may be the right fit for you.

We welcome interns to become a part of our team. You will work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our company. Your expertise

You need to be enrolled in a four-year college or university and you have:

• a balanced resume which includes solid academic performance and campus involvement
• a genuine interest in developing a career in Waste to Energy
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering

You are:

• positive with a can-do approach
