Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in grant program implementation and management, including experience of a responsible nature in analyzing and evaluating financial, statistical, and administrative data.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identifies funding opportunities from public, private, federal, state, and local sources.
  • Conducts solicitation and award processes, including data collection, application creation and submission, programmatic and fiscal oversight of awarded projects, project development and management, reporting and regulatory compliance, records maintenance and internal financial coordination of funds, donations, and sponsored programs.
  • Engages in substantial outreach to the community and elected officials through active participation in countywide initiatives, task forces, committees, and partnership opportunities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
