THIS IS FOR A FUTURE OPENING

Transportation Aide

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Provides safe and timely transportation to and from appointments for the residents.

* Makes schedules of appointments and posts them on each wing.

* Manage other trips for the facility as deemed necessary by the supervisor, administrator, or designee.

* Safely loading/unload passengers

* Secure all four floor straps to the chair

* Safely transport residents

* Assist in cleaning the van after transports

* Work closely with transportation director, activity director, and others to maintain appointment schedules and outside activities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

* On-the-job training provided

* Valid Driver's License required

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

* Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent
