Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a LRSO Acquisition Program Management Support to join the security team to assist the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Weapons Acquisition Division (AFNWC/NDB), which is resident at Eglin AFB, Florida at the System Program Office (SPO) responsible for the acquisition. The Government has contracted with Torch Technologies, Inc., to provide engineering and engineering management Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) under the Technical and Management Advisory Services (TMAS2) contract. Torch is seeking candidates for a broad spectrum of technical positions ranging from network system administration, Information Technology (IT) and Security Support Specialist for a nationwide, secure network supporting the program, through the full spectrum of science and engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate shall perform administrative functions and duties in accordance with DoD regulations and guidance required in the performance of duties. Information security support includes, but is not limited to:

* Documents and tracks software licensing information for LRSO Information Technology, Program Management, and Engineering teams. This involves the acquisition of new products, as well as the annual renewal of existing products.

* Maintains accounts with third-party vendors and works with support personnel to resolve issues with licensing and purchasing of products.

* Drafts, develops, and maintains policies and procedures relating to Configuration Control Board and other strategic management duties.

* Manages a large annual budget and collaborates with Digital Engineering leadership to acquire hardware/software tools to support LRSO personnel.

* Track software and hardware purchasing order

* Work external agency coordination for current facility upgrades

* Administratively track MILCON facility Configuration Control Board outcomes and produce meeting minute documentation/dissemination as the MILCON Configuration Manager

* Manages the Mission Support (M&S) Information Technology Configuration Control Board responsible for all hardware and software additions to LRSO Classified Networks.

* Prepares Reviews and develops acquisition documents in support of M&S needs: Statement of Objectives, Justification and Approval, Memorandum of Agreements, Charters and Flowcharts, slides and briefings.

* Manages and updates Visio building seating charts containing personnel, computers, phones etc.

* Manages M&S ITAS meetings with program Technology Maturation Risk Reduction (TMRR) participants and develops/updates minutes and Action Item tracker.

* Manages all areas of LRSO External Sites stand up to include acquisition of hardware, network development and accreditations.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required

* Must have an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree.

* Must have a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access within 3 months of job start.

* Previous experience with Advance Programs preferred.
