Facility Coordinator

We are looking for a Facility Coordinator who will report to the Manager of Technical Services, Testing, and who'll be tasked with overseeing our Florida Test Site . As part of your role, you'll maintain the facility as an organized, safe and compliant work environment, working with dynamic people!

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

* Be Responsible of property and building maintenance and compliance

* Create, maintain, support periodic maintenance on our equipment

* Schedule and manage contractors on site

* Ensure diligence in safety (HSS&E) being a first responder

* Guide the work of mechanics and journeyman's

* Support administrative task related to building expenses

* Promote improvement projects

* Support logistic for parts inventory, shipping and receiving

* Preventative maintenance if needed

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

* 1+ years of relevant coordination or supervision experience, specifically in mechanical, automotive, or industrial environment

* Experience in building maintenance, compliance, and equipment maintenance with a mechanical aptitude

* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees and contractors

* Fluency in English (written and spoken)

* Experience managing projects simultaneously with a deep sense of organization and autonomy

Preferred

* Associate degree or equivalent

* Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience

* Demonstrate strong interest in recreational & performance vehicles
