Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue that mission.WORK LOCATION: Billerica, MACore Purpose:The purpose of this co-op role is to support the process engineers in the back end portion of the Billerica filter manufacturing line through the collection and analysis of data that results in improved first pass yield or reduced process variation.In this role, you will:*Collect and summarize data to support or reject a proposal for a process change.*Review procedures for accuracy.*Evaluate the safety and efficacy of processes.*Conduct operator tasks to become familiar with the steps & controls associated with a process.You're a good fit if you have:*Ability to communicate project status and provide updates or barriers to completion.*Confident in communication skills related to reaching out to operators, technicians, and engineers for input or assistance.*Initiative to seek additional tasks or see tasks that require attention.*Critical thinking to evaluate situations/information based on evidence and objective data.Desired Major & Graduation Date:BS Chemical Engineering, expected grad date 2025-26Physical Requirements:Mix of sitting & standing. Manufacturing is within a clean room environment. Ability to lift 20 pounds.Your success will be measured by: Ability to handle multiple projects with fluctuating priorities. In the manufacturing environment the priorities can change rapidly and reacting to these changes positively is a critical skill.
