Job Description

SUMMARY

The electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) Supervisor and system administrator leads the management, validation, and administration of our electronic quality management system software that supports North America lines of business, including pharmacies, outsourcing facilities, and distribution centers. Additionally, this role will provide support for our European and other regional business operations as assigned and manage implementation projects as needed for system implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eQMS software administration, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead a small team. As the eQMS Supervisor and system administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective utilization and continuous improvement of our quality management system software throughout its lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of tasks and activities required to maintain the eQMS in an operational state that meets organization requirements.
  • Implement and manage system change control processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for organization and system users.
  • Collaborate with North America lines of business (503A pharmacies, 503B outsourcing facilities, commercial pharmacies, and distribution sites) to ensure the eQMS supports required quality processes and site regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to European business operations, assisting with eQMS implementation projects as assigned.
  • Supervise a small team responsible for administration and support of the system.
  • Coordinate and lead training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the eQMS effectively.
  • Manage the implementation of eQMS software updates, enhancements, and modifications, ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the eQMS, working with internal stakeholders and external vendor(s) to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the development and maintenance of user manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to the eQMS.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the eQMS, identifying opportunities for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science and/or related field
  • Minimum four years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Salesforce.com administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and developer certifications preferred

COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

  • Up-to-date Lightning certifications for Sales and Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Experience working under the constraints of a managed package
  • Strong background in Salesforce.com security practices including implementing role-based access to views and data
  • Experience working in a Kanban style development environment
  • Strong data management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
