Your Opportunity + Impact

The Permitting Coordinator works with a team in processing permits for various projects. Responsible for filing necessary applications and handling all municipal and government interactions pertaining to the regulation process for products requiring approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for having full understanding of LDG's Permitting Standards.
  • Processes permits with the Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure proper processing of permits, projects, reports and correspondences with regulatory agencies and personnel at the local, state, and federal level, including accuracy of the process, documentation, and adherence to regulations.
  • Responsible for creating and issuing reports necessary for business operations with the company, (reports and letters, which include letter of no obstruction, letter of map revision, plans, time sheets, architectural plans, structural plans, civil plans, permit applications, notice to proceed, etc.).
  • Participate and represent LDG in various trade associations such as Build Point, ICSC and other related organizations (i.e., career fairs)

Education + Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, Associates or Technical Degree minimum.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. Preferred experience in a professional A/E firm.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a Project Team
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto interact with clients, project team, vendors, and other external groups in a professional manner.
