Available Location: Tokyo, Japan

Responsibilities

  • Create enablement strategy for the Japan theater that accelerates seller productivity and drives improvements with key sales metrics (ie: increased pipeline, improved closed-won rates)
  • Build and execute enablement programs for BDRs, pre-sales, sales, and post-sales, including the delivery of new hire bootcamps, role-based enablement programs and partner programs
  • Build a strong relationship with the sales organization and be perceived as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across a global, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business
  • Deliver trainings on sales methodology and sales processes
  • Understand industry leading trends in learning strategies and tools
  • Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in the planning and execution of sales training events including sales kickoff

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ experience in sales enablement, partner enablement and/or direct sales experience.
  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and training best practices in a high-tech environment
  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes
  • Have an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency and excellent English language skills
