LinQuest is seeking a full-time Senior Systems Engineer to support the Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB) to execute Technical Review Boards (TRB) / Change Control Boards (CCB) in Eglin AFB's secure government cloud, FENCES. This will involve work with the government and contractor team to build on new Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) and constitute AFLCMC/EB's tech stack. Software requirements/dependencies in the cloud environment will be defined and candidate will work to help pioneer how to realize a fully integrate digital environment to include vendor connections, tech stack, high performance computing (HPC), and storage at all classification levels.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of object modeling or object-oriented design concepts and techniques, including familiarity with UML or SysML, C#, CAMEO, Python, and/or Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA)
  • Able to perform all duties both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities
  • Hands-on technical drive and accountability
  • Collaborate well with a diverse group of skill sets and backgrounds
  • High motivation, creativity, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communicator

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years of industry, federal government experience, or SETA/FFRDC supporting federal government acquisition
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience developing executable architectures, system models, and simulations
  • An active SECRET clearance

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, or related engineering field
  • TS/SCI Clearance
