SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
The position of VIP Deposit Specialist I is to facilitate the resolution of Tier 1 support requests for Deposit Services, Consumer Bank Operations, and Debit Card Services. Primary responsibilities include prioritizing and actively resolving employees' requests, escalating when considered appropriate, maintaining SLA expectations, and providing remarkable customer experiences. The resolution must provide a clear and concise solution based on policy and procedures to the bankers. VIP Deposit Specialists will support bankers via phone and support requests through the Source.
