We are currently seeking call center Customer Care Agents for our Lakeland, Florida Call Center.

Responsibilities

• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Educate customers on available product promotions and services
• Appropriately communicate with customers

Qualifications

• Call center experience or Customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Consistent work history
• Strong communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Availability to work 12PM to 9PM Full time shift or a part time shift
