Overview

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for creating and executing programs to educate and train IIM sales and Direct sales on products and services IIM provides
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Responsible for working with the Director of Solutions Architects with product or application ideas and launches, which will include executing training programs to educate and train IIM sales and Direct sales on products or applications created within the IIM division
  • Responsible for creating awareness for all products and services provided by the IIM division
  • Provide training and coaching in the use and application of both processes to the sales teams; identify training and development gaps and create plans to address
  • Collaborate on the curriculum for ongoing training for IIM sales personnel regarding sales skills, market focus, and product knowledge; ensure all IIM resources have the skills and training to accomplish key account management, general account maintenance, and address any training gaps
  • Help identify national standards for sales personnel prospecting, lead follow-up, sales call activity, account reviews, land and expand accounts and performance
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate our value proposition; ability to train sales managers to implement this within the sales team(s)
  • Performs other duties, as assigned

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of IIM products and services - Tungsten Automation, Hyland OnBase, Automation Anywhere, UiPath and SharePoint preferred

Qualifications

Job duties require moderate travel to prospect/customer locations, as assigned and/or as necessary.

Required job duties are sedentary and normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment or a remote work environment.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Education Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a business curriculum from an accredited school and/ or equivalent work experience

Experience Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in complex sales
  • Three to five years of experience in the ECM or a related industry
  • Experience servicing internal and external customers
  • Experience working with external vendors/ partners
  • Experience with Solution or Strategic Selling
