Job Description

Are you ready to unleash your full potential? We're looking for people who are passionate about payments to chart Worldpay's path to being the largest and most-loved payments company in the world.

About the role:

Payouts is a ~$1T revenue market globally in 2024, expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. Strong, fundamental long-term tailwinds (e.g. cross-border eCommerce; continued platform dominance; evolving workforce dynamics; and higher customer expectations) are expected to continue driving significant future growth.

We are looking for global experts to sell our established Payout solutions (Push to Account, Push to Card & Push to Wallet) to our ~1m existing customers. As a Payout Sales Specialist, you will act as a Payouts SME across the Worldpay organisation to be instrumental in driving sales of our product offering and in finding new opportunities for continued growth.

About the team:

Worldpay has a dedicated Payouts team, spanning Product, Strategy, Commercialisation and Sales. This role will require close collaboration with commercial teams across Worldpay.

What you will be doing:

Working with the Payouts Commercialisation and Strategy teams, you will partner with Sales colleagues across the organisation to identify opportunities and act as the strategic sales leads for Payouts. You may also leverage referrals and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new prospects & use cases through research and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop sales plans for your target prospects and identify required resources
  • Connect with prospects to help improve their Payout experience, cash flow, and bottom line
  • Collaborate with regional Sales teams and grow the existing customer base
  • Manage the full sales cycle utilising Salesforce from lead development through to close and launch
  • Represent the Worldpay Payouts team at conferences and events
  • Provide regular reporting against metrics and targets

    What you will need:

  • Payouts and FX expertise (ideally cross border)
  • At least 2 to 4 years of Sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions and solving business problems
  • Experience in technology solutions is helpful, as is a background in the payments industry.
  • A consultative approach that's successful with C-suite and business owners

What we offer you:

  • A generous commission plan
  • A competitive salary and benefits
  • A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities
  • The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in the payment industry
  • Time to support charities and give back in your community.
