Overview

The Regional International Shared Services Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily regional international operations and organizational management of the East Region. Recruit, develop, train and motivate staff to provide a world class customer experience and meet or exceed client expectations. Ensure that each Station has the necessary tools in place to succeed and expand their business levels in international product lines in a sustained fashion. This role will closely work and network with East Region Terminal & Station Managers, overseas AIT offices as well as partners to promote AIT's strategic corporate goals and to ensure the East Region is the leader in providing customer solutions with our growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
    Hire, train, and develop the regional international team to ensure company expectations are met and manage underperformance as necessary. Conduct weekly 1:1's in order to effectively coach, develop and motivate the team through their performance KPI's, metrics and individuals goals
  • Manage day to day operations in regards to workload, KPI's, processing files, billing and response to emails timely
  • Directly supervises regional international team and allocates resources to support specific stations based on business needs
  • Provide Station Management with support and proactive communication around shipment details and updates
  • Support key account operations requirements and ensure service execution and reliability
  • Foster a cohesive relationship by delivering exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the process in order to meet or exceed operational expectations
  • Work collaboratively with our AIT offices overseas as well as our global partners
  • Partner with Regional International Operations Shared Services Manager and Sales team on operational solutions
  • Closely work with Global product teams and designated core carriers to improve margin/buying costs
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary
  • Assist with operational processing such as opening files, track and trace, billing, as needed
Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent Required and
  • Associate's Degree Preferred or
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years supervisory experience Required and
  • 3+ years

Licenses and Certifications

  • Cargowise Certification Preferred
