About this role:

Global Sales, Strategy, & Operations encompasses Sales Technology, Process, Analytics, and other core functions to support driving experience and productivity across Gartner's global sales teams. The Change Management function determines the people impacts of GSSO-driven initiatives and develops strategies for successful change implementations for over 7,000 sales associates. Reporting to the Director, Change Management, the Change Management & Ops Manager will play a critical role in driving project management and change management strategy for our Territory Planning and Analytics team.

What you will do:

  • Support project management and change management strategy for our Territory Planning & Analytics function, including the annual year-end turn process for our global Sales teams

  • Create communications and collateral including but not limited to leadership presentations, email announcements, newsletters, training guides, intranet pages, and microvideos

  • Collaborate closely with Sales leaders and business partners to understand and create more effective materials

  • Partners closely with business owners and subject matter experts to define project goals, objectives, and priorities

  • Works with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure that the project is fully defined, managed and controlled, including identifying scope exclusions, tracking progress, and communicating or escalating constraints

  • Identifies and manages project risks and issues, developing plans to assess, manage, track, report, escalate, and mitigate them

  • Identifies and manages cross-project and internal dependencies to ensure alignment and successful delivery of critical milestones

  • Drive change channels including advisory networks and focus groups

  • Advocate for the sales experience across all change management decisions and channels

What you will need:

  • 5-7 years' experience in operations, communications, or sales role

  • Goal-oriented, self-directed individual who needs little supervision

  • Strong team player with the ability to manage others through teamwork and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive schedules and multiple project deliverables

  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within business and IT, at different levels of the organization

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; can clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Expert in Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Proficient project and program management skills

  • Intellectual curiosityand creativity

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 69,600 USD - 96,750 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
