Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Altamonte Springs, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• The Director of Finance is responsible for managing the financial health of our company.
• This includes strategic analysis, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, managing financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a solid background in financial management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing programs, and proposed new projects.
• Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors assess any changes necessary.
• Oversee and lead the annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the CEO administer and review all financial plans and budgets monitor progress and changes and keep the senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status.
• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
• Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices to improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
• Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the leadership and the board of directors.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in financial management and accounting.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.

• Effective communicator, with oral and written skills.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
