Integre(e) au service des Ressources Humaines sous la direction d'Elodie WEIDMANN, tu rejoindras une super equipe enthousiaste et dynamique de 3 personnes, en tant qu'Assistant/e Ressources Humaines H/F en alternance.
Ce poste te permettra de travailler en equipe, de monter en competences et te conduira au travail en autonomie sur certains dossiers.
Tes missions :
- Le recrutement des stagiaires et alternants sur l'annee sur un perimetre metiers varies
- L'integration et suivi de la population : Journee d'integration, points de suivi et bilan de stage
- La participation au developpement de la marque Employeur (forums ecoles, forum metier etc.)
- La formation / gestion de carriere
- Et bien sur, tu seras amene a apporter ton soutien au service RH, et apporter ta contribution aux projets RH ! (ex : DUER, refonte des process etc.)
Ton profil :
- Etudiant(e) en Bachelor/Master specialite Ressources Humaines, ecole de commerce, universite ou equivalent, avec idealement une premiere experience (stage ou alternance) au sein d'un service des Ressources Humaines.
- Tu es curieux/se, debrouillard(e), reactif/ve, tu aimeras le travail en equipe et tu souhaites evoluer dans un cadre humain et inspirant !
- Enthousiaste, tu es interesse(e) par des missions polyvalentes, afin de mettre en uvre ta capacite d'ecoute et ta proactivite.
- Anglais courant (groupe international).
